We have a strict Quality Checking process embedded before each product is packed and dispatched. We take the utmost care in packing to ensure zero damage during transit and we ship exclusively through reputed shipping service providers.

Our "Zero Damage" Promise: In the rare scenario that a product gets damaged during transit, The Southern Story takes full accountability. We will ensure a full refund or exchange so you can shop without fear of shipping damage.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping Charges & Method

• Orders above ₹2,000: We offer Free Shipping within India. You will not pay any additional shipping charges at checkout.

• Orders below ₹2,000: Standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout, in addition to the product prices.

• Mode of Transport: We utilize surface delivery (not air) for domestic shipments to ensure the safety of delicate items. Each consignment is fully insured.

Timelines

• Dispatch: We usually dispatch your order within 2-3 Business Days from the order placement date. (Delays may occur in rare cases of customization or product non-readiness).

• Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 Business Days within India, depending on the shipping provider.

• Note: Timelines are indicative. External factors (weather, courier delays) are outside our control.

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS

Non-Availability on Delivery

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your order 3 times. If you are unavailable after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the Zip/Pin Code and an active Mobile Number, to ensure successful delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

• We currently do not offer a Cash On Delivery option. All orders must be prepaid.
